Did he force you to read his post ?
But you have the right to complain is that right?

Looks like a dead heat right there
Yall get spoon fed here for free on others expenses, all but put right in their honey holes and having them dress your fish out.
How many more times do the six basics need to be spelled out for you to catch a crappie ?
If you fished as much as you taz you could limit out twice a day.
Miserable life you must live crying crying

What are the six basics and do you cover them during the guided trip or are they on your How to Catch Crappie App (downloadable)?

I have gotten to where I do more reading than posting. Its just not like it use to be when I first joined on here. Not the same people and not the same quality.

If someone mentions me, and I don't respond, it's usually because I missed the thread. I've met some life long friends out here, and I've met some pretentious jerks out here. Stucky, Spags, Bobby and Paw Paw may have been on both lists over the last 5 years!

TDub...I am absolutely LOVING your comment...It DEFINES what this FORUM is supposed to provide; entertainment, information to those that ASK for it, and a means to garner information on new lakes by LIKE MINDED FISHERMEN...to that end, this forum is alive and well.

Also, this forum is designed to provide an exchange of ideas, tips, and tactics. Since joining, I have managed to gain a wealth of information that was outside my scope of expertise. In fact, I have been able to add many NEW tactics to my crappie arsenal of catching tricks. Many of those tips and tactics have come while fishing with some of the MASTERS (as originally described in the initial posts) and some of the Journeymen and Beginners of this forum, as well. To this end, the forum is alive and well!

I have met MANY fishermen from this forum and they HAVE turned into FRIENDS. I have gained new insight on many different fishing methods, have had many opportunities to LEARN from other fishermen. In addition, I have SHARED my expertise to those willing to listen and try new tactics. So from this perspective the forum has succeeded BEYOND my expectations.

Finally, some of the best crappie fishing PRODUCTS are made and/or sold by members of this forum. DESPITE having tried all and every commercially available tackle prior to finding products on this forum. After purchasing/using the products from these companies, I have vastly improved my tackle selection, despite having a ton of tackle already. So the forum is hitting on all 8 cylinders in this respect as well.

Essentially, ANYONE complaining about the QUALITY or QUANTITY of information this forum should quit WHINING and start CONTRIBUTING your FAIR SHARE. Further, quit EXPECTING OTHERS to GIVE you all the information YOU REQUIRE...go fishing with some of the FOLKS you are GRIPING ABOUT...AND TAKE AN OPEN MIND WITH YOU....I can assure YOU will come away a BETTER PERSON AND A BETTER FISHERMAN....QUITE FRANKLY Y'ALL ARE ACTING LIKE A BUNCH OF CRYBABIES. So QUIT IT...Grow a set, man up, and CARRY YOUR WEIGHT....FOR A CHANGE!

OTHERWISE, I HEAR YOUR MAMA CALLING....TIME FOR YOU TO GO HOME...

This forum was such a treasure for me. It was a direct connection to professional fishermen/guides that were willing to share their knowledge of the sport. I remember combing through tons of Ernest Paty's threads to try to suck in as much knowledge as possible. Lots of guys on here have pm'ed me to help me with techniques and tricks, and I've fished with a few too! I enjoy reading all the posts here, but I think we're just coming up short on informational posts to go along with our pictures. I'm guilty of this for sure. I hereby pledge to give water temp, fish depth, water depth and bait on all my catch posts from now on!

YOU ARE A FORUM HERO JACOB....THANK YOU, SIR.
