I got a big boat but if you can get enough people, I will buy a jon boat and fish. I live in Corpus and I like what you said about having fun like our dad's did.

Started one in NJ and it got up to 45 members that fished mostly by themself .Ran it for three years before moveing here . It was a lunker club , one bass limit . Worked out great for cooler livewells . Started w/$10 MEMBERSHIP and 100% pay outs at all T`s for the first 3 places no matter how many members showed up 50/30/20. But we had to pay for permits for the better lakes ,something like $26 that the Fish & Wildlife has dropped in the last few years . Anything left over from dues was added to the pot at the classic .Have to have a good scale that reads 100s for any type tournament now days .Just that will hold down the number of ties. Was thinking of starting one here but don`t have the time now . It`s going to take alot of your time just get going .Good Luck !!!!

Go Fishing,Good Luck!!!!

My G3 jon boat is 19' with a 115 HP Yamaha. Are you planning on setting any limits?

Im in. Also I have been using a IGLOO LIVEWELL for about 5 years and have never lost a bass.

Also I am new to the site and have found this forum to be very helpful.

Thanks and have a safe day.

Depending on where you're fishing, I'd be interested.

MisplacedTexan, check your PM's.
