I was just on a road trip and was surprised at the number of semi-trucks going 75-80. they must have been getting a 100% fuel surcharge. a lot of the bigger cos. were only giving 75 - 80% of what they collected, sucked for oo's

I drive 80 if I can In the left lane always
I don’t know where you drive But It’s not DFW No matter what lane you are in There is traffic
I drive all over. All the weaving in and out are people getting around left lane squatters. If you’d pass on the left then get back over traffic would flow smoother for everyone how fast are these weaving cats going ?

Used to golf with a buddy of mine and we would drive from Bridge City to Baytown to play golf and he consistently drove in the left lane doing about 85 mph. Until his phone rang, and he would slow down a little bit at a time as long as he talked. There were times when he put the phone down, we would be going about 50 mph. He would be right back to 85 when he quit talking. I don’t know how many people that would be cussing us as they drove around, but he was oblivious to it.

I have road rage every time I drive 35 to Burnet. It is the idiots in the sports cars mostly that try to pass on the right. Just get in the left lane and deal with it. You don't need to be going 85 or 90. 80 will do fine. I get it frequently too but I'm fine with saying a few dirty words or shooting the bird. I do the same and sometimes the double bird. My SIL has to listen to my stories when I get to their house in Burnet.
