Do you do super tuning? I have a few new reels I need to send in that are acting stubborn. Also do you do work/upgrades on the drag system and bearings?

Mike Hi mike! Thx for contacting me...I do upgrade the bearings and drag systems on reels...we don’t super tune which involves filing the gears etc

I sent Steve O all my shimano’s very pleased with the results and the process. I should have asked you then Steve but do you recommend anything in between service like a spray or something
that maintains without opening up. I used to open mine up but my eyes aren’t so good anymore.

Hi Steve...brand new to the forum basically because I am in search of someone to get my AbuGarcia Ambassadeur XLT LH reel back together. I have had it for near 30 years and decided it needed cleaning and lube. I opened it up and immediately this little part fell out (see attached pic). I spent the next two hour searching YT for how to disassemble/reassemble it and nothing. I see you are in Copperas Cove..I live in Troy...perfect. Can you help?
