He does a very good job for a very reasonable price!
He made my Daiwa Steez almost as smooth as a Shimano .... and made my Calcuttas so smooth I have to look down to make sure I am turning the handle ..... THANKS!!!!

I've tried to send you a PM. with no success.
I have a Shimano Sustain 1000FD and a Stradic 1000FH. Both will barely crank.
I tried to submit a repair request on your website no success.
Would;d like to get them repaired.
