Country Tavern ribs are solid. Never had any there that were not good.

Probably Au gratin potatoes and corn bread under the brisket. Also that looks like a pork rib combo, it comes with ribs, brisket and sausage.
I like to finish it off with blackberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
