Country Tavern ribs are solid. Never had any there that were not good.

Looks more like brisket in the picture... But we are talkin east Texas. Mac and cheese on the left, what's on the right? Probably Au gratin potatoes and corn bread under the brisket. Also that looks like a pork rib combo, it comes with ribs, brisket and sausage. I like to finish it off with blackberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
