Being that I grew up eating Bodacious and Country Tavern BBQ, it was quite a shock the first time I had BBQ in Alabama and a few other eastern states. I need to head west for some 407 BBQ.

Just messin with some of my east Texas friends and family...  I heard if you boiled the meat in like old bay that it would taste like lump crab meat...so I tried it on one I caught in the Sabine river. I didn't have the right seasoning but it wasn't far off of a poor mans lump crab
