Makes sense. In-house landmen are handling acquisitions/divestitures and all biz to biz aspects. The field guys are out chasing leases, ROW, etc.

What's your favorite way to rig them? I like drop shotting them and throwing them on a 1/64th ounce jig head.

Is your brother an in-house landman? The field landmen are on the road a lot. Of course that has changed recently with a lot of their work being available online and through remote access. They still travel a lot, but it is less than it once was.
