Haha. Trump shows up in NC, the guy introduced him, said more or less trump Wasn’t there to get your vote or talk politics, just to help. Trump gets up, first bit out of his mouth was more or less how thankful he was for having won NC in ‘16,’20 and ‘24. I like trump, but that dudes ego is beyond massive.
Sounds like plenty of cleanup to do in NC, hope it gets done soon. FEMA and to a lesser extent the USACOE have been train wrecks for quite awhile, FEMA has been a mess since the beginning. So much red tape.
Why'd you vote for Trump. Seems you bash the heck out of him continuously.

Some of you all are apparently much more organized then me, I’ve never thought to carry a tourniquet for myself in my day to day life, much less one for my dogs. I guess you don't carry QuikClot either

flint river, southwest georgia....a convenient place to bank fish would be where highway 37 crosses Flint river just east of Newton,Ga.....there is ramp with parking near the bridge...you could fish up an down the river from the bank on both sides...rig up a pink or white with red tail floating worm with 1/8 ounce weight..same with any color fluke.....throw it out in middle, let it drift downriver bumping the bottom and you will catch some shoal bass....best time for this would be late summer or mid fall..... Thank you. That is great information.

Sounds like you have it figured out. I'll leave you to it. Haha no no mark, the media and our lying politicians have it all figured out. It sounds like it’s gotten to the point where people are okay with lies, it’s completely accepted Do you know where the big miracle valve is located? The hard facts remain. The homes that burned down recently is nothing in comparison to many other natural disasters in recent history, yet since they are rich folks homes it’s being coined as the most devastating in our nations history. Maybe everyone forgot the many hurricanes that have completely destroyed entire cities.

Flooding and mud slides are pretty common after big fires like that in areas with any significant elevation.

Looks like LAFD is in compliance with the DEI EO, looks like he’s shaking hands with a 100% white male fire force, I don’t know, it was in the shade, maybe a few were Latino haha Here's some reality. Most of this country does not care what color a firefighter is. Hell if we are masked up you can't even tell hat color we are to start with. People just want help. We are there to help them regardless of their race, religion, sexual preference, political beliefs or their preferred pronouns. The tones drop for a call and we head to the apparatus EVERY single time. We are not given any information about the caller except the bare minimum that tells us the nature of the call. In 25 years I have yet to see ANY delayed response or lack of professionalism from one single firefighter I have worked with. If that person needs help, we help them. Its our job but more importantly we took an oath. Anyone trying to say that firefighters give a rip about any demographics that a patient/victim might have is unequivically full of BS. I also challenge anyone to go by a station and you will see firefighters from all backgrounds working there. Again, none of us care what the demographics are of the people we work with. We just care that they can do their jobs when it hits the fan. Nothing else matters one single bit. the reality that I had been hearing lately was in LA the fire departments were full of “dei” hires that couldn’t do the job. My point was the 20 or so folks that trump shook hands with looks like capable firefighters. So I just wondered where the incapable ones were, or if they were just fiction, since the news is now completely full of lies LAFD has 3500 personnel and 106 stations. Judging their racial makeup based on 20 people that you see at a PR shot might not be the best way to gauge the actual DEI situation for that department. Seems like it could be a descent place to start. Where or what would be a better way to gauge it? It’s alright, I’m still over here trying to understand everything. It doesn’t seem like any municipality in the world would have enough water pressure to open up fire hydrants to service 10000+ burning homes at nearly the same time with adequate water pressure. I look forward to seeing the improvements that are going to be made. Further more there is no miracle water valve that opens and water just miraculously comes from the beautiful rivers of Oregon, Washington and even Canada. I taught myself that today.

I have this in Multi-Cam... it goes everywhere with me. It's not to carry my firearm, but it has a lot of gear that makes life easier... on the left side I attached a water bottle carrier, that has a RATS Tourniquet I carry for my dogs since it can go around their skinny legs, on the top strap is a pouch connected by a clip and a piece of green paracord with a carabiner - is my flip phone, also on the top strap is a spare magazine, hanging off the front molle is my Uniden Bearcat scanner radio - I mostly get the NOAH Weather report or scan CB channels for trucker chatter on the highway, attached to the molle on the right side is a IFAC with a CAT Tourniquet with trauma sheers attached to outside molle of the IFAC, inside the two zippered compartments of the main bag are general medicines - aspirins, tums, Benadryl, eye drops, many different bandaids, and a bunch of other assorted small tools, pens, paper, sunscreen... all to make life better when away from the house type gear... I can't tell you how many times having this kit with me I've used something from it, for myself, the wife a friend... I highly recommend getting a bag like this and carrying some gear to make life easier when away from home. I can see having a bag like that to take with ya in the vehicle. I can't quite stretch that to carrying it, on you, to go to WalMart or even a convenience store. But a good choice of stuff to carry in it with you. Looks like something our trainer carries to practice and games. Why not just a backpack 1SNK and Jonah’s View❓

He has coached 38 years on 13 teams and we’re his first head coach job. Isn’t he only 51 years old? Yes, apparently he started coaching in the NFL at age 13. I will say that means he must’ve been a hella coach to start in the league at 13 BUT he hasn’t climbed the ladder very far in his 38 years of experience.
