Re: Sear method

If you use a little olive oil or avocado oil and get the pan piping hot you’ll get a really nice sear. Cook it wide open, toss in some thyme, garlic cloves that your crush enough to get the flavor out, and rosemary, toss in some butter and baste to finish. Just as good as a grilled steak.

The same thing happened to me the first year I worked here. I talked to my payroll people about paying more every month. I have my withholding dialed well enough now that I only have to pay around $400 in April. The much smaller pay checks take some getting used to, but there is no free lunch.

Paid more than I can remember this year. Not sure why as it seems groceries were astronomical this year. Tough year to have a couple of high schoolers and a 10 year old. I take out 70 bucks a check on top of what the company holds. I am gonna have to up that to 100.

DOing taxes online and Turbo tax is saying I should have paid $xx,xxx in taxes. How do they get to that number?
next question, if the gooberment knows that is my magic number, then why didn't my employer take out that much, now I have a HUGE debt to pay!!!
UGH
this can't be right
Mo Take it to a highly rated cpa and let them do it. I bet you'll come out ahead after your fee to the cpa.

Oh!
Awesome setup ya got there. It will have you slinging senkos like a pro in no time. You were right about the handle. I was questioning it for no reason.. lol. As said above, I’ve only thrown it in the street and the pool. But I spent quite some time throwing it to try and get some practice with it. I actually really like how the grip/handle is setup on it. I see what you meant about it having a good balance this way. I just didn’t envision that being a practical design for a spinning rod at first I was wrong.. lesson learned, listen to Steez COLLAPSE ▲
