Went out today and we are still nailing em. Mike "USMC_GY" got this 8 pound fish and we both missed HUGE HOGS after fighting em for about five minutes. Mikes fish was released to fight again. Fish were caught on Jigs (black/green) in 10 feet of water. cheers

Buddies of mine are still catching some nice ones on Dunlap. They boated a nice 9 pound fish Friday afternoon. They are saying that they feel the Bass are staging for spawn. They said the nine pound fish was caught on a swim bait in 12 feet of water.

Friend of mine fished Mcqueeney over the weekend. He boated six nice fish with the biggest going a little over nine pounds. He knows someone who let him put in on a private ramp. To bad there is not a public ramp for that lake. That lake holds some HOGS!

Side Note: He plans to fish Dunlap today and Saturday.

Nice Hogs guys. Looks like the Guadalupe is picking up. I did well on Mcqueeney the other day. Boated nine with two in the five pound range. Several anglers who I know are saying that the big girls are getting ready for the spawn.

Side Note: It will be interesting to see how this latest warm up will effect the bite.

Hitting Dunlap tomorrow to try and find out the effect of the warming trend. If nothing else just spend some time on the water and enjoy the chase.
