lol... mine is rather stable, and if you got good balance, you can stand all day, but that still hasn't stopped me and just about everyone of my fishin buddies from busting their butt from time to time.

Actually that reminds me of another one:

I was out on belton with a buddy who has some anxiety issues...lol well we got out there and he was trying to readjust in his seat, and was real paranoid about falling out. Well, he stood up (while we weren't moving even), and ended up getting the wobbly legs, and falling backwards and breaking through the wooden bench seat on my folding jon boat... luckily, my cinder block ghetto anchor fit right under the broken board, and we could keep fishing, but you can bet he never heard the end of it!

Tried to trailer my boat without lifting the trolling motor. Bent the shaft and cracked the housing.

Was having a leisurely fishing afternoon with the wife on Lake Bonham. Her M.O. for the potty break is to stand up, pull em down a little and "red solo cup, I fill you up". I had already caught a good one off the dam so decided to make one more pass before calling it a day. We were at the N end of the dam so I convinced her no one could tell what she was doing. Just as she got them down enough for the shiney hiney to show, we heard all this commotion. Sounded like a F16 taking off. Looked up to see about 8 boats coming out of the boat ramp cove WFO. Some broke to go down the main lake, a couple went straight and, yes, a couple broke right and headed straight for the dam, and I do mean WFO. We were both going "wtf". Then it dawned on me. Yep, it was Thursday. Thursday night tournament start. I have never seen a woman get her pants back up so fast. Needless to say we went ahead and loaded out. She peed at the restroom on the way out of the park. A funny memory that we have told many times. Good times fishing with my wife.

While fishing a tourney in Kentucky, my buddy caught a thumb. Yes, a human thumb. Put it in a bag, kept fishing then marked the area with a buoy then called authorities. Apparently a few days before a guy lost his thumb while working on his trolling motor. Now I tell my buddy he is all thumbs all the time!!

Lake Fairfield one February. Had put in at State Park and ran almost down to the dam. Had been anchored down close to some trees. Wind blowing like all get out. Decided to move so pulled anchor up. Was standing very close to front of the boat and swishing anchor back and forth in the water to get the mud off. Hit a stump and went in with clothes, boots, coat, etc. Somehow got safely back in the boat. That was not the scary part. The scary part was the boat ride back to the truck wet and in mid 30 degree temp. I seriously thought I was going to die from hypothermia. Cranked up the truck, turned heater wide open and stripped down to my skivvies. Survived it somehow. Now my boat always has a towel and a change of clothes. They are in the boat, not the truck.
