Falcon with a guide is probably where your best bang for the buck lies. Those trips with dad can be just that and nothing else. If a DD comes along then it's icing on the cake. The outing in itself is what will matter the most in the long run.

+1 The better choice is fishing Fork with a guide than Falcon with a guide.

We got to fish this small lake down in Whitney for a few years ago that was awesome for bass it was a deep lake with vegetation and it was not a "CB" but it was full of 7-8lb bass that would eat anything all day! But I would like to fish CB one day though heard it awesome to fish!
