Pretty much a no brainer. But as the saying goes; common sense ain't so common anymore!

Cheers,

Also love the guys who tie up to the courtesy dock, often letting one side drift across the ramp to weigh in. Put the boat on the trailer and drive them up or beach it.

People just don't think, or they're busy playing with the Iphone.

It's just like those idiots that think they are cool by mounting flashlights on front of their guns. Aim for the light. On second thought,I guess that would not be too good at a boat ramp though.

Pardon me,but I always thought "turning off one's headlights
while unloading/loading in the dark was S.O.P."

So all these folks that claim that for years they did not know any better never had a problem backing down a ramp with headlights shinning in their eyes? Seems to me the most obvious thought would be "if those lights were turned off, I could see how to back my trailer down the ramp". Maybe even carry over to thinking, next time I will make sure mine are off.

Worked that way for me........ many many years ago

What a jack a$$. You should have told him you would if he'd asked nicely and then turned on your high beams. People really need to learn some manners.

+1! Good point!

15. Signature images may not be larger than 600 pixels wide by 125 pixels tall. This includes logos, photos and other graphics. Also, no more than one row of images are allowed. If you want four or five logos in your signature, reduce their size to fit in one row.

Thanks for all the posts. This is what makes this site great, addressing a situation and discussing all the points. Almost 1000 people at least looked at the post, and if it made some aware of the situation cool. So if you turn your lights off from now on because of reading this THANK YOU!
