of loin back ribs for tomorrow. Using the 2-2-1 method, what liquid do you put in the foil?

I only use a dry rub anytime I smoke ribs using 2-2-1 method. They will be nice and moist when you unwrap from the foil for the last hour.

I've heard that several places, perhaps I'll see how it works. was going to slather in mustard and use my favorite rub.

Agreed...I always cover with yellow mustard and then the rub. They will turn out great! cheers

2 hours of smoke
2 hours wrapped in foil
1 hour back in smoke.(now is a good time if you want to glaze it.)
