of loin back ribs for tomorrow. Using the 2-2-1 method, what liquid do you put in the foil?

I only use a dry rub anytime I smoke ribs using 2-2-1 method. They will be nice and moist when you unwrap from the foil for the last hour.

They will turn out great!

I'm hungry.. Looks good. Whats the 2-2-1 method? Haven't heard of that. 2 hours of smoke 2 hours wrapped in foil 1 hour back in smoke.(now is a good time if you want to glaze it.)
