I agree that doesnt look like Perry.The guy that was with Perry the day he caught the world record for some reason dissapeared after the catch.I dont know about this one.The pic looks old but fish sure looks fake.

Sorry, Perry was only 20 years old when he caught his fish.  This pic shows him with a big fish but may or may not be the big one. Perry in Bassmaster

His hands are placed awkwardly in the photo too. If the fish thrashed once, it would be gone. Looks to me like the man was originally holding a smaller fish. But who knows, I have been wrong many times!

Think the fish is dead. Other pic with the boy is not of Perry, apparently.

Pretty easy to tell this is a fake. shadows/highlights are usually the dead give away, but this shot has lots of things about it that look out of place.

Ya'll forgot about Dottie out Cailf. She was the new WR. She was caught, but not in the mouth { Cailf. state law} Then the Big old girl passed away. She was 25 plus
