The only interaction I've ever has with Oakley was a good one. I was issued a pair when I deployed. I had a mortar fragment in bed itself into the lens. This particular pair was hanging on a loop on my body armor at the time. I took a picture and emailed it to Oakley after I got back home just as a "Look what your glasses did" kind of thing. A couple weeks later I got a package in the mail with 3 pairs of different style Oakley glasses and a hand written note that only said "Thank you".

Granite, different circumstances, but I liked their customer service.

i agree however i couldnt keep a pair to not crack in less then 30 days had 7 pairs i think... one pair even was cracked from being mailed to me... my oaks may not be a better lens then those costas but they will last a heck of a lot longer...

just get them replaced by oakley or try zeisco.com. They've got a bunch of tints that can be made into polarized.

Look for the mirror irridium in an amber lens. That should be a good all around fishing lense. I have a pair of Oakleys a my everyday pair but wear Costas for fishing. Good luck and post back if you gain any traction with Oakley. I could use some new lenses in my Gas Cans.

I think the OP made it clear that there isn't an issue with warranty. Oakley's warranty policy is here if anyone needs it. http://www.oakley.com/customer-care/warranty-policy

If anyone has any relevant issues PM me and I'll see if I can assist.

You can get a very nice pair of Wiley X polarized glasses from the wal mart eye doctor office usually up by the check out stand for $78. Can't beat that.
