I have been tracking my gas purchases, I think I might need a more fuel efficient boat. How much gas do y'all use a month?

I have burned a bunch. About 15 gallons per time out. Long way between spots right now.

Are we talking about just boat gas or truck and boat gas? Obviously just for fishing....

Last time I tracked my total gas usage for a month it was 368 gallons. About $1400 at the time. I quit looking at it.

Let me guess. Idle or WFO are your only two speeds. Not really, I can't catch 2 fish on any spot. I'm thinking 4 stroke motor next time

Around 50-75 gallons a month with my 94 mercury mariner.

less than 40 over 7 trips, including a week at rayburn, but i have a 4 stroke yamaha sho ..... outragious gas mileage

Been on ray Roberts 3 times since i filled up. Still full Dang motor doesnt run long enough to burn any

Well not none in the past month since racing season has started but I burn about 20 gallons a night in the racecar
