Class Act Steve.. also be sure to keep you ears open, older folks often have valuable information to pass down if we are willing to give them a chance. And the information just might help with catching more fish.. Sound like this is something he has done before. Good luck on the trip.. thumb

I just wanted to take a moment and publicly thank Steve, for his selfless generosity, offering to take this man fishing.

Unfortunately, the old man hasn't been feeling too good of late, and we just haven't been able to put something together. Hopefully he gets to feeling better soon, and we can still make this happen for him, but for now, it's off the table.

Thank you again Steve, and thanks to several others who came in behind Steve, and offered to take this man fishing as well. There were several.

It is much appreciated guys!

The offer stands anytime he gets to feeling better Ryan, even if he can only get out for an hour or two or three...we will make it happen.

I hope he gets well enough to be able to get out there at least one more time.

Regards,
Steve

Do you think he feels like eating fish? If he does, I could fry some catfish with hushpuppies and fries and anything else he might like, and deliver it to his room. Please let me hear.

you could use my boat house on Grapevine for a guaranteed mess of Crappie. only problem with the water down the incline and walkway are a little harder to get on than even a boat. Also, some Crappie arent going to make a Bass fisherman completely happy. smile yours if you want it though.
