Questioning that the motives of this post are greater than simply looking for a cheap $1 slab. And what's the point of this spro ? The guy asked a real question ... There Are many options ...look, I catch thousands of fish ... If you want a shad shaped lure you can go with They are $1.55 a lure ... I have never had a hook break , fall apart ,ect, ect, !!! I don't understand what all the fuss is about ... If you want to buy at acadamy then do so , if you want to buy from RSR then do so if you want to buy from Moe's then do so, Bass Pro , Gander Moutain ... What the hell is the big deal ? It's what work for you ... I know the proof is in the pudding ... Not saying what I use catches more fish ... I catch a lot of fish with want I use ... With no problems ... Is it wrong i don't want to spend $3.00 bucks for a chunck of lead .. Absolutely not ... You take as many people that i do that don't really know how to fish ... Loss your lures and see if you can't find a more cost effective way to help YOUR business .... I use to buy $0.99 cent slabs at Fishermans supply .. And catch 1000's of fish ... Don the angler has been making his own slabs for years ...Sand Johnny makes his own ..catches 1000's of fish ... So do want you want ... Buy who you want from ... But I can tell you this ... I can catch fish on any slab , just as many and just as often ... Feel free to do what you want .. But keep the [censored] lure wars off the forum ... Match the hatch (size) , adjust your speed (presentation) and who in the heck cares about color !!! You can't go wrong with chartreuse ... Those are the things I do and here are my results ... All these other guys that want to BASH other companies ... Just look above ... Use what you want ...trust me ..you will catch fish with what ever you buy..wether is $0.99 or $3.00 ..

I just bot 36 slabs from Moes Lures online - my brother has bought from there before & we have caught whites & hybrids with them on Lake Belton. Came out to $2 per after shipping...
