This is why I love TFF. Quality information with a passion. PA could not have gotten any better press on national TV. By the way another one that owns PA rods and they don't get no better!!!

Dont own one yet, but obviously there standing behind there product, and also getting a lot of support from the crappie slaying minions, hehe I'll be owning one soon, this forum just supported and stood behind one of their own, and reinforced what makes them a great company. Hmm do you make an 8 footer with spinning guides?

What's the point of being on a forum if you gotta walk on egg shells. They are good rods for what they cost. Your not going to get the same quality for 40 bucks as you are for 199.

My thoughts exactly Brian, If we can speak of all the GOOD, then why can;t we speak of the Bad ? (just my 2cents worth,)

Frankly, I expect more from a $200 dollar rod than I do from $40 rod....In my personal experience, the 200 dollar rods have not held up well, and therefore the value is in the comparable quality...versus the cost...ie., based on the quality level of a $40 dollar rod, the increased quality of the more expensive rods should be around $60 dollars, instead of $200...I'm just saying...that is my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE...now with that said...I have not purchased more than a dozen of the higher cost rods...and they didn't stand up to my expectations/demands/use of them...so I decided the real value was in the mid priced category...and not the higher priced, heavily marketed category.

My thoughts on this. If someone had a problem with a car you sold them, you would want them to come to you first right? I know I would. On the other hand if I knew of someone ripping someone off and they wouldn't make it right I would blast them on this forum.

See there he got a couple rods out of this whole ordeal and the guy i fish with plans on getting one too. Just a question ill keep it to myslef next time i guess that saying "the only bad question is one you don't ask", that ive seen so many times on this forum is just talk. I was asking for your experiences, which i didnt get an answer for actually. I was by no means trying to bash anyone. Great rods i recomend them to everyone. Examples: http://texasfishingforum.com/forums/ubbt...mad#Post8230130THE ONLY BAD QUESTION IS THE ONE YOU DON'T ASK! Just wanted you to know I appreciated your questions...I was not seriously considering purchasing a PA rod at any time in the next decade UNTIL this thread came up...now, I intend to buy one and use it this year, because when I went to their website and looked at them, they remind me of my uglies....thanks again for your question. http://texasfishingforum.com/forums/ubbt...BnM#Post8142470http://texasfishingforum.com/forums/ubbt...les#Post7725162

Slabslayer1105, I'm glad you posted your concerns because now I'm going to look into a pro angler rod. Seems like you hit a nerve with some of these folks on here, huh? Like someone else posted on this thread, this forum is for information on fishing and all the many facets that go with fishing. Thank you for your post unless this was just some long infomercial for Pro angler Rods? How much did they pay you? Ha!

Slabslayer1105 I apologize for making any comments. Someday I will learn to keep my opinions to myself.
