I really like my PA jiggin poles, so much so that I can't remember the last time I used one of my other brands, but this week I found one more reason why I like these poles so much...
Sunday I was swinging a crappie on board with my 10' pole and the tip broke about 10" down. Sent Ed an email that evening asking what the cost would be for a replacement tip and he replied back saying "I'll send you one". Get home this evening from work and the new top half is setting on the porch. Great product and great customer service! Thank you Ed, you are a class act!

I got mine over 7 years ago I believe and they still are great poles put them through hell and back and their still the best rods I have
