I'm heading out there in the morning. Haven't been in about 6 months. I hope I can at least catch a few and this front didn't mess them up too bad!

So what you getting to replace the cat?

Never heard the redbud signal? More reliable than the turtles in the back of the creeks, although that one is pretty good too!

Another cat. Had owned Triton and Rangers before and heard a lot about the cats so I bought a used one to see how I like it. I love it and am buying the same Cougar FTD.

Placed an ad on bass boat central last week (and on the trading post here) and pretty sure it is the best price around for an '08. Have one person taking the serial #'s to the bank in the morning so most likely sold. Wanted to get on with the new one in time for March/April fishing.

You bought IKE old boat right?

fished it over Easter weekend, two mornings and one evening, caught at least 3 bass on every outing. fished mainly by the dam. best fish went 4.5lbs. all caught on soft plastics, t-rig lizard or football head craw, watermelon seed.

Saw some other guys doing very well nearby on wacky rig drop shots w/senkos & trick worms. Also had some action on shad cranks and c-rig watermelon plastics. Plenty of bass being caught this past weekend, and Lake Conroe usually kicks my butt.
