It's very time consuming to pull the brail lines individually through the crimp again to make it even again. If you tie a simple overhand not (yes you have to pull all 26 ft of handline through to do it) just below the crimp, it will keep all the brail lines even should you get hung up a little. I do this first time I open the box and remove the net

Good tip.

Most nets are designed so the Braille lines will pull loose when hung up to hopefully keep from tearing your net up.

Just something to think about.
Buy the exact same Fitec net, but in 7' if you want it, from Gander Mountain. Buy the one year replacement guarantee about $5. Then you all set if you hang it and tear it up during the first twelve months. No one told me about this I've had a couple replaced, maybe more.

I have used many different brands of nets and IMHO, the fitec super spreader is the best deal for the money.

Bass pro also has a net that offers a warranty as well.

That's a good deal, I have been going through one a week for a month or so, Tom & I are about ready to start Bass fishing so we don't have to buy any more nets,

Thanks for the Tip Jackie!!!
