I talked to the guy that caught the 56 the day before he caught it. He said they have been tearing up the blues on granger. Big Zee is the granger guide. You can find him on grangergang.com.

I also guide on Granger plus Waco has been good to my clients and me the last month. Granger is a good lake for eaters but I read he wanted some trophy's also, granger has alot of pressure from austin juggers than any other lake I know of.

A lot of people jugging on granger arent even catfisherman, theyre just trying to ease the pressure off the crappie and putting 20lb kitty fillets in their freezers, heard a few of the old timers talking about their jugging in this manner. kinda bugged me but i guess its legal sooooo...
EDIT:maybe its a far stretch to assume this line of thought is too widespread, maybe it was just a couple of fishermen who blame grangers blue cat pop. for hurting the crappie fishery instead of the tons f fishing pressure that lake recieves.

I would highly recomend Cliff. Went out with him last year and everything was top notch. Caught some great fish in Dunlap.

too, be happy to accomodate your request...been chasing big blues longer and caught bigger than anyone in our area..year in year out...thanks for kind words guys. Parash- thanks for kind words..red whitw and blue baby Too-down give me call sir 830 822 7064 Why all the subliminal pot shots at my guide service Cliff? yeah, I have noticed, if that is what you were going for. I have nothing but respect for you and your ability to put people on nice fish. I hired you as a guide a couple of times and was very happy with your service, and was inspired to start my own guide service. I have never tried to boost my business by trashing yours. So I just don't get it...? I speak highly of you and your abilities to many people, including my own clients. If you don't respect my fishing ability or something, fine you are entitled to your opinion...but why the potshots? And Tuner (Parash) has really helped me out with advertising and a website. I took him fishing as a friend for free many times before I decided to start guiding and he offered to help me get my business started. He still fishes with me often, as a friend not a client. He also hired you as a guide and was happy with your service. It seems you have some issue with him too? Or am I misunderstanding? You know my number if you want to talk.
