Used Gammys for years but started using Trokars last year.

Been using gammi's EWG's for years. Bought some Trokars but they don't seem any better plus cost more.

Use mustad ultra points and love them. Wouldnt use any other hook. Ever!!!!

Gamakatsue super line straight shank best on the market just hard to fine . I have used trokar and hooks fall out or come out of the fishes mouth way to easy

I really dont have one particular brand that I like. X-Point X49Z hooks are greatness!  Owner makes several extremely good hooks in their Super Needle Point line. I dont care for their Cutting Point line. Their J Light hook is excellent. Im also fond of their Whacky Hooks. I also have had excellent success with their Twist Lock hooks. Gamakatsu Finesse Wide Gap Weedless Hook is excellent for whacky worms.  TFP

Gamakatsu for years.
Now Owner almost exclusively.
As mentioned above, I got tired of the gammies straightening out.
I also like the variety of specialty hooks they offer.
Wide Gap Plus
Riggin Hok
Beast
Wacky
Flasher Swimmer
Etc, etc.

If I could only use one- OWNER.
If the eye was completely welded seamless
then they would be perfect.
I kinda like the new Ike approved hooks so far as well- completely welded eye.

Gamakatsu or Lazer Trokar. Fit the hook to the bait.
