Showed them to Adam and he's frightened that as fast as I get with an electric knife that I'll lose a finger or two to the Bubba. Hope he's wrong! Guess I'll find out on Thursday when we go back to work!!! I retired as a meat cutter with a decade of experience, and know what I'm talking about, and there isn't anything sissy about wearing a mesh glove...Might look at wearing one and put your mind at ease, besides saving a cut finger. A sharp knife is safer to use than a dull knife, so that is something to always remember.

Steve, how do you sharpen the electric knife blade? Thanks Cloth buffing wheel on a bench grinder. Would like to try this any abrasive added to the buffing wheel?

The bad news is there is no Dallas boat show this year. Instead we are planning on attending the show in Mesquite next weekend. The boat show will be open in Arlington in February. It's supposed to be in tents at the ballpark.

I really like the ideal of not having to have electricity to clean fish, I really want one of these, although I probably could never make it look like chuck does, I seem to only get about 1 out of ten of my fillets to come out where I'm happy with it
