[quote=riverdogbone]Beautiful markings on this fish I wonder if they can tell the age of this bass? I'm no expert but I don't think this fish is done growing. I have three really good pics but I'm trying to remember my photobucket password. I would like to post some of the other pics of Dunlap fish we caught this year as well. I think if you cut the fish in half you can count the rings to distinguish the age. [Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not how it works.

If I could figure out how to post pics I have a few from this year as well. I figure if we all do it we will have the lake dead in a few weeks just like falcon LOL
Seriously though its a great lake to fish but dont come expecting massive areas to work its a small body of water.

Man you gotta love Texas. Where else can you find so many 500 acre or less lakes that hold 13+ lb bass? And that green water. . .wow it looks amazing. Mmmmm California! San Diego is full of em and you throw keeper size swimbaits to catch em.

Probably a guadalupe/LMB hybrid of some sort. It is the Guadalupe river after all.

Anybody have any idea what part of the river she was caught? Or what she was caught on?

Wonderful, there goes my quiet pay ramp. Another (quiet) quality lake that will be flooded with people of high hopes. I'll give it a couple of months when a majority of them can't "find" the bite or "pattern".
