Mono: palomar
Braid: palomar
Floro: double uni knot
I get a more consistent knot with the double uni.
I use the double San Diego jam also, but it's a little more difficult to tie. Takes me a couple tries to get it right most of the time.

Improved or double clinch knots, no particluar reason....it's just what I've always tied and never had any problems with the knots.

I normally don't disagree with other peeps opinions, but many people do use a Palomar for everything. It's quick, easy, efficiency and strong. If it works for you, it works just fine. For those that do use a Palomar for everything, my question is: have you ever tried anything else? Again, respecting your opinion, but would like to convince you otherwise.

Palomar on everything except moving baits like cranks and I want extra action that's when the loop knot comes in to play and man does it work.

berkley braided knot.. on all! By far the strongest knot and it won the knot wars on one of the fishing shows. never had a fish break the line on hook-set or while reeling in. Palomar I have done both plenty of times.
