Not to take anything away from Crazy Angler, but you outta hollar at Lane Palmer and see if he'll shoot you one of his sample packs of Thump Buddies. I tried them and they are every bit as tough as Slab Bandits and Lane is right, that little dab of super glue makes a bait last a LONG time. The super glue thing works well with Slab Bandits too. Those 3 colors in Lane's post this morning outta be good on Palestine next week.

BTW, Lane knows I'm still a Slab Bandit man, but I do like to see a young entrepreneur succeed.

Well, normally I get a little excited about this type of thing. You know, with everyone having Side Imaging, you just give me a basic idea of where to look, and I'll have everything in the area MARKED. So when I go and put Brush Piles down, then someone gives (We'll refrain from calling names. PEPOP rolleyes ) a cove name, bridge number or any thing like that. They'll be fishing my Brush Piles in a short time. So, I don't mind people coming to the lake, just not giving places to fish. Color, Depth, and Structure should be enough to get a person to catching a few crappie. But after spending MONTHS of building and putting in Brush Piles, I just don't want the locations given up easly. Someone finds the on there own, GOOD JOB. But I just ain't giving cove names where a have a few put out.

With that being said, We haven't be very successful this Fall on Palestine. Got a REPORT from My Brother and 2 other Plaestine Posse Members that was on the lake yesterday, that fished for 4+ hours and caught 1 keeper each, and one guy caught 2 keepers. so I'm not sure what is up with Palestine, but it don't seem to be producing and in years past.

So, we have had to visit other local lakes to try to get some crappie in the Livewells, and it has paid off. Not sure why or what is going on, we might actually catch 6-10 on a typical good day, but we are use to putting 30-50 in the livewell at this time of year. But come on down and try your luck, it is probably just me and my brothers fishing skills. You'll have plenty on room, cause we won't be there. We'll be loading them up on another local lake. Good Luck and hope you get on'm.

Cooter, I done spilled the beans bout where we're fishin terday.

Like you, I don't mind anybody fishin my condos (ceptin for Lane and Chris) so long as they find 'em proper like. But, also like you, I sure ain't gonna just broadcast their coords to the whole world! They gotta work for same as we do for tother folks piles.

Cooter, I'm gonna have my binocs out lookin for Lane and Chris this mornin. And IF they catch anything we'll know where to go!
But, don't go tellin em!
