Just found out thats where we will be spending out Thanksgiving!! Woohoo, what colors should i stock up on? Ill be in a paddle boat or kayak shooting the slips at the Villages.

Be careful... The fish have had lockjaw ever since last weekends front! The jaws should loosen up here any day now though... Thought it would be today but I only saw 6 fish caught under the bridge today, but there were people everywhere out there.

I'll be out there 16,17,18,and 19 at the villages will be doing some fishing .it's nice out there this is my 4th time this year.

It is CLOSED ! I repeat Lake Palestine is CLOSED due to a lack of water, fish have lockjaw, too many people fishing, etc... lol Pepop will put you on the fish, he is wise beyond his years and he knows Palestine. Wish I could go, boat is still in the shop.

Yeah, ol' skunk put it on me that weekend. Corse, that's what usually happens when you tell someone where to fish and then you fish somewhere else.  Xavier, make sure you have some Blue Truse, Texas Toast and Sour Grape Slab Bandits.
