The back drop looks like this folded up. And like this unfolded. There is a cloth material that comes with it that drapes through the back drop to give it some color. I am working on getting a folding tabe also. This all will be donated to the assoc. for all future use if you guys agree you want to use it.

I can provide a dark blue felt backdrop or table cover approx 6ft x6ft. Also can provide a large photo of a hybrid on a black background. Just tell me the size.

I am just waiting to see if we are going to have any merchandise to sell, I will keep everyone posted.
Right now I have Yaff, Jimmy Boy, MCR, and Frank set up for the booth, Fillet Maker for the backdrop with cover, Yaff for the pop up shade, Plano Sooner for handout.
I will let everyone know about it being a go by Friday.

Thanks Tuna for organizing this deal. I'll bring a table cover and a mounted 17x22" photo of a hybrid to hang. Also will help with the booth.

Well.....wasn't NNO last week? if this is a different National Night Out celebration, and I can help, let me know. I have a pop up shelter as well. I read where ya'll were wanting monitors to play videos?? Don't forget www.dfwvideo.com has all the a/v equipment you could possibly need.
I do enjoy a good Squirt now and then.

Don't forget www.dfwvideo.com has all the a/v equipment you could possibly need. actually what we need is a video. any laptop can play that at a booth. i was thinking about ripping JVs tutorial video if we dont have anything else. there is a guide on here who does some videos, but he doesnt support tff(no paid logo under his username) so i don't want to promote him. we could also put together a slide show of hybrid pics. i will put together a slide show if needed. thoughts?!?!!?

UPDATE on Ray Hubbard Sportsmen's Association National Night Out Function October 20th all day event, food, a DJ, first responders, helicopter fly in, Texas Wildlife, (our booth is right next to theirs) Here is what we have so far
Set Up is at 8:15 AM at the Cabana I will provide the Table and Chairs
Fillet Maker said he would provide back drop with cover,
Yaff said he would provide the pop up for shade
Plano Sooner will provide fish identifier and handout
JV is providing banner (we don't know yet if the banner and shirts, hoodies will be ready or not) but the show must go on.
Mark will provide slab package (50% going to RHSA)
JV will provide a guided trip at a silent auction.
Yaff, Jimmy Boy, Frank, MCR, Championship Fish can you please man the booth?
I think we need more information about our Cause for raising the donations. So I am looking for someone to develop info for this. Perhaps one of the officers?
I am look for others to contribute anything they can. Any ideas?
