Im assuming that a braided leader is better than mono for this, my concern is when you use the hacksaw into the hanger to make a cut for your loop to run thru will it nick your line or is there not enough pressure for that to happen? Nice video and thanks for sharing. Mike

OP WillCFish on the tube Angler W Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 283	Shouldn't be enough pressure to nick mono line. It pulls through pretty easy. I use 30# mono or fluorocarbon and similar strength braid. It all works ok with the tool.
