It looks like a good spot. Is it lighted? It looks as good as ChannelView.
Anyone stayed at Bay Tree. Any luck off of their little "pier".
Bay Tree is so much more affordable than Channel View. I am thinking of staying at Bay Tree and fishing on the Station Street Pier.
