You guys are doing a great job.Just let me know when you need my help. Maning booths etc. one of the things i want to do is have as many free booth spaces as we can get. Any type of neighborhood event by the lake + tackle shows, ect. Thanks for volunteering!! I have some ideas for the booths and what we do/say and how we sell it. But we DO NEED someone with some experience with booths to help us whip up a nice setup. Maybe someone knows someone with a banner maker machine? We need to procure a table and chairs. ect We promise to not wear out our labor. So if anyone wants to volunteer, please speak up. It is a great way to support the cause with little out of pocket expense(gas money)

An LCD with a slide show of all the types and sizes of the fish we catch out of Hubbard would draw a lot of attention. Most people can't believe the size of the fish we can catch from a lake in the metroplex. I will help man a booth.

I have taught aviation human factors seminars from Chile to Ireland. My LCD projector has traveled with me the whole way. I have got the LCD projector and laptops covered. I can build a presentation in flash etc . . . We can automate it or if one of the guys wants to teach a seminar then we power point it. There is a graphics shop in garland on broadway that can print banners. JV's graphics logos are very nice and will look great in any presentation. We will also load up the website with presentations that will run on any platform. I'm with Plano Sooner on this, sweat equity goes a long way.

We should invite John. create some synergy for moving forward. or just us meet.... and get a general meeting of the contributors and other interested folks after we get the site ready. that way we can explain what we are trying to do with the site. i am sure john will be on board for what i have planned for him. let me know when the bank is set up and stuperduck gets the pay link ready. we will get together and i will lay out the plan i have for marketing this machine. we need to roll out the pay link ASAP after they get the bank set up.

And you're right about the size of fish. When I show people the size of the hybrids that come out of the lake they can't believe it. I've heard that 100 times. This all sounds great guys.
