I'm going to make sure my customers fish for catfish that day.   Then follow Holzer around fo sho!!! He is a catfish machine!!! The reason he catches catfish and not striper is because his baits die.

Team Bustin Loose and Team Wahoo are arriving on Thursday, June 5th. Staying till Sunday. Booked a RV spot at 429 RV and Marina. $25/night for full hookups. They have about 10 spots left with plenty of boat parking. We reserved spot 26 and Mike is staying in cabin 15. Here is the latest good news vs. bad news report: Good News: Looks like Mr. Presendient picked the best time to fish Tawak to catch alot of fish.  Tawak reports are all over the place. Bad News: Between Tawak being hot right now and a holiday weekend, looks like it's going to be some combat fishing this weekend.  In preperation to battling many boats on the water this weekend. I'm practicing my mean face to scare them off.

The State Park will be giving me a code on Fri to get into the park early. You will neeed to fill out an envelope with your info and money when you come in........ I think it is $5 per person...... Text me for the gate code Fri..

Strategy? Just do what most of the locals do. Everyone launch there boat and drive around willy nilly and when the first one stops to fish they all gather around as close as possible. Then when the first one heads to another spot the all follow along like a bunch of baby ducks being lead by there mom. Man, ain't that the truth!...

This was our first time fishing the lake. It was everything we imagined. Bustin loose had a little over 12. Friday was great and caught better fish. Today we dud pretty good. Had a game warden come up this morning. Super nice guy. Didn't check anything just talked fishing and the lake. He got excited watching Riley catch a 6.5 lb hybrid. He was cheering her on . Great to see. Congrats to Team Striper Sniper !!!!
