Don't catch all the fish & don't have too much fun...I would be there too if my wife hadn't wrecked our car. Have to wait til she gets off work before I can head out there later this evening to visit & taste some cooking.

Your going to have plenty of wind for that sail Shaun. 20-30mph.

I'd take tomorrow's forecast over Sunday's every time.

like the man says...if you're swimming in the ocean and get bitten by a shark, its not a shark attack. You're in THEIR neighborhood. If you're at home in your shower, turn around and a shark is in there with you...THAT'S a shark attack

I've been really busy at work today and just now able to post. You can see the camping area from the picture of the boat ramp inside of the rv park. It will take only a minute or two to paddle over. I didn't even think about that park because out was closed down for so long. Keep in mind that they do lock the gate at a certain time at the park.

Just got to the lake where everybody is camping at and the water is really rough looking, nasty white caps all over. Hopefully the gtg spot will be a bit better protected.

Right when you enter twin coves from the main lake the left hand side is somewhat protected. I have fished there on windy days before.

The Gate at Twin Coves Park is open from 7:00 am until sunset (7:58 pm or 19:58) according to the interwebs. I'm think we'll be out before hand.

Walk down to the shore and look to the right by the marina.

Is there anything that I can contribute along the lines of food or drink? I won't be camping, but I will arrive early in the morning (6ish).

I'm here at hippy point. I'm at site 33. There's a parking space available next to my gold hona accord. I have a parking pass for whoever wants itt. There's room for a couple tents as well. Even if the weather is rough, we still got the whole gtg thing going. I've fished much worse so I'm good either way.

Ok I got most everything done. I'm packing up and should be down there in a few.
