x2 diamond back water snakes. Very cool, very agressive and for some reason at least two years or so ago they where protected and on the endangered list. The one on the left looks like a gravid female about to pop.

Boy Scout training says look for a diamond shaped head (venomous) and look for blunt tail instead of pointed one.

DIAMOND BACK WATER SNAKE FOR SURE USED TO CATCH THEM AT WHITE ROCK LAKE WHEN I WAS A KID EVEN TOOK ONE BIG ONE TO THE DALLAS ZOO ONE TIME FOR THERE REPTILE EX.
