I rode with tommy biffle last year and he took a route ive never seen, been probably 100 times. We were boat #1 and he never let off until we were 1/4 mile in, 72mph all the way from bass pro. When he turned at the golf course he went right through the trees. I bet that was a heck of ride since the wind was blowing 30-45 MPH all 3 days.

Guy said he was doing 60.
If he was doing 60 at that point, stump or not, he was destined for trouble. He should attend the Juan Pablo Montoya Driving School. I agree!! I would like to watch someone take that 90 degree turn at 60, that's crazy even in a BassCat!!

I ask Tommy Biffle one time about navigating a river with it changing all the time (i.e. snags, 45 degree floaters), he said knock on wood I haven't hit anything yet. His philosophy is, if I don't see it, it aint there. His wife must have a lot of life insurance on him.

Most professionals have that thought. I think part of it is because they can get new boats a lot easier than we can, but they are pretty crazy on the water. I am fortunate to work for Jeff Kriet and KVD, having also done on the water business meetings with them. Sometimes I am scared that I won't make it back to the dock. All those guys will drive their boat through anything!! Sure is special watching those guys fish though!

I have been making that turn at my Bass Trackers BLISTERING speed of 33 MPH and I am probably stupid for doing that. I bet he meant he was doing 60 at the mouth. Surely he got off it to make that turn. I tell you one thing after seeing the condition his boat was in after the ordeal I will certainly be looking into that brand when I get ready for a real bass boat!

Ignorant azzes need to stay away from the river...bad things are sure to come with all the newbies these days. Sad.

They started fishing too close to Yates, and he ran them off the road sort of say!

I thought I was going to go flying out of Dave Lefebre's boat between the 30 and 66 bridges. We were catching serious air. And yes, all the pros ran that line to the river. It looked like a parade both Friday and Saturday when we went up there. On pad all the way to the split.

Funny thing is this guy will run 60 in the river probably to close to other boats, cause there are always other boats there, but will probably throw a fit because someone is driving down the street in front of his house at 30.
