My biggest concern is a head on collision at the mouth. If you swing wide around Widow Maker its awfully hard to see if someone is getting up on plane at the first turn and heading out!! We need a savy electrician to rig us a up a Solar Powered traffic signal!

I'll go out on a limb and say that someone will get severely injured or worse this year with all the traffic going to the river these days. +1

What would stop people from running that one. Especially, since the majority of boat owners do not either know or follow the navigation rules.

That is why I don't run to the river when we are 3ft below pool.
I have seen alot of foater since the water has been coming up.

Glad nobody got hurt , that's insane. Was it the first hard right after the big lay down ?? There's a honker you can hit of you don't know the correct line around that turn. How fast were they running ???  WOW!!

I rode with tommy biffle last year and he took a route ive never seen, been probably 100 times. We were boat #1 and he never let off until we were 1/4 mile in, 72mph all the way from bass pro. When he turned at the golf course he went right through the trees.
