You just now reading the regs? I'll quote a favorite Seinfeld line, "good luck with all that".

Yeah, you are taking money...you are a guide. Hope you've been out at the lakes doing your research, or are you just following birds and boats, like other "part time guide services"? Hope you didn't invest too much into this... The guides have to be "experts", we don't want to be guides nor offend them. I do have quite a bit tied up in this and just like all my other "ideas" it will prosper. I hope you sincerly do not want to see us fail. There is no guarantee of fish here. I think in the days to come when the press release is complete it will better explain our plan, theory and goals.

It is easy right now on Lewisville, but what are you going to do once the "hero time" is over??? Taking peoples money and not knowing what you are doing is going to lead to a short-lived career. Bob....I think your not understanding or not wanting to understand. Either is ok. We are offering the average angler a way to get out on the water and fish. That's all nothing more nothing less. Email me and I'll take you to luch if your ever in the Frisco, TX area. regionalc@gmail.com

Not on Texoma buddy. Perhaps your refering to the OK side? Perhaps you need to read up some more? Texoma is not split in 2. If you guide on Texoma at all, you must comply with the USCG regs. Look it up.

Yeah....lots of mixed info on Texoma. The attorney we use for our transportation company is going to have to get this Texoma one in order. I will keep YOU posted.
