i love my boat and the payments are very low zeeeeeeroooooow I am looking forward to my Skeeter being paid off at the end of the year....took 4 and a half years but that is better than 12. Bought it new in 06 and it still looks like it did when I bought it! I cannot imagine financing anything longer than 4-5 years and I agree....that would make for an ugly boat. I also dont like the looks of a wrap on any boat. Just looks like a giant bandaid to me. I like to see the actual boat.

Ok. So no one disagreed with the Skeeter SK being the ugliest bass boat. So is it officially the ugliest bass boat ever produced according to the TFF? I had heard that the guy that designed the SK had left Skeeter and went to Nitro designing their center console bass boat when it first came out. Is their any truth to that?

I heard he lost his job, his family disowned him, he grew a beard, lives under a bridge outside of Kilgore, and walks around mumbling something about it looking good on paper.

I don't know about ugly but I like the looks of some bass boats over others. I think Gamblers have a downright unique look that works for some and not others. I really like the Allison XB2003. I am not a big fan of the BassCat look. Just my opinion.
I have however seen some abused, nasty, crapped-out bass boats!

Ugly boats have no fish in the live well. Pretty boats have live wells filled with 5+ pounders. My boat is not pretty most of the time, but every once in a while she's as pretty as a picture!!

Bass Cat is an ugly [censored] boat imo. I dont think I could ever own one unless they made some severe cosmetetic changes. If someone gave me one, yeah...I'd fish out of it until I could sale it (if I didn't already have another boat). I couldn't agree more. The BassCat is just an ugly boat to me. Basscats are some fine boats (and Arkansas made). But I just couldn't talk myself into buying one because if I can't stand to look at it, I don't want it. A Triton could solve this problem.

The only ugly bass boat is the ones full of leaves and yard junk sitting in someones backyard. My sons have pointed out lots of smaller boats out on the lake, and they know my answer. It Works, and its Floatin!! and They are here!!

That's why I own a Ranger. Great boat and the best looking one IMHO.

I love my Gambler. I think that as someone else has stated that it is a sexy boat. I also like the way it is set up for fishing. It does have a huge front deck, can handle two fishermen extremely easy. As far as the livewells go, I have never lost a fish that I had intended to go in the livewell. I am on my 2nd Gambler. My previous boat was a ranger and it was a great boat. It fished very nice, but I was interested in going fast. Therefore I am a Gambler owner. That white black and green sterling got the juices working in my body if ya know what i mean.
