24.25" is plenty long enough to be 10+ pounds, especially on Fork. I caught an 11.2# on Fork about 5 years ago that would not go over 24".

http://www.toledobendlakecountry.com/ind...&Itemid=586

The 10 i have a replica form TBend also on wall I have pics for all four of my biggest. The 9.84 and 9.54 were weighed at toledo town because my scale said 9.80 which is same scale the two uncertified were weighed on. I can dig up pics for the 9.84 and 9.54 if needed. Been fishing toledo bend for about 9 years.

Maybe there is a heavy concentration of folks with DD fish because we are the section of bass fisherman who do the research necessary to catch quality fish. Generally speaking it is a matter of who makes up the population being surveyed. Survey a bunch of weekend warior(no offence intended) and then survey a small club of die hards and you will have drastically different percentages.

It's hard to take a vote on this subject. Bc think how many people you see pics of holding a 6-7 pounder and say it's 10 pounds. Just look in the back of a bassmaster magazine. It's is ridiculous they don't scan through those pics better and make them send a pic of the fish on a scale. Bc I have seen 8 pounders that were claimed to be 13s. And 3 pound smallies claimed to be 7.
