It's a fish catcher. I use it to target redfish and sheephead in the marsh ,sight fishing.

jackh , these take me between 30 -40 minutes to tie.And yes they are tied to be fished.
seaaggie there is a step by step cd available on my website ,also I will have some available at the Houston fly festival Feb. 5th.
Fred where is the fly festival going to be held at, i saw somethign a couple months ago about it, but never saw anything else.
