I compared and went with Cabella's Guidewear. They had it on sale post Christmas last year for half price. In warm weather I go with the Frog Toggs.

Thanks for all of the feedback. Looks like 100mph is the winner.

Keeping me dry I have no complaints about the pro qualifier suit. And it doubles as a wind breaker all year long.

well said. +1

The 100mph suit is the best but not for Texas, too darn hot down here for that suit! Why buy such an expensive suit when you can only wear it maybe 3 or 4 months out of the year? You could wear the pro qualifier pretty much all year. I have the lighter BPS goretex and it is sweeeeet and half the price of 100mph suit.

I hit the sales last year in Jan-Feb and ended up with Pro Qualifier bibs and a Guidewear parka. Satisfied with both.

I like the Pro Qualifier set. When I was comparing the two different sets I found it was easier to get enough of it undone to use the restroom without having to completely undo the bibs. When you add the windstopper to the jacket , you don't notice wind at all running to a spot.

I have the Pro Qualifier set and have had it for 3 years now without any problems at all. It is a better choice for the money when it is on sale. It is warm enough even up here in Illinois if you layer under it a little and it is still cool enough to wear year round in the rain.

I have the Pro Qualifier, it keeps me warm and dry, plus I can wear it in the summer. Love it.

I tried on both when I was in the bass pro and went with the pro qualifier because it seemed more flexible and not as hot. My .02

You will wish you had the 100 mph suit when youre freezing and wet-had mine about 5 years and its like being inside a tent when you put it on.Wear it about 4-5 months during the winter and Frog Toggs during warmer weather and thats all youll need.

the 100 MPH suit is too warm to wear in the summer but by golly when its cold it can't be beat...I like to stay warm and dry and this suit has no problem doing that even running down the lake in the rain...I even wear mine at work when I need to be outside in adverse weather....works great there also...I don't have to undo my bibs to take a leak...I guess if you had a short hose there could be a problem there...but thats not the suits fault...

Pro Qualifer. I fished in them during very cold wind and rain. ZERO complaints!
