Hi Everyone,
Through the course of a year I have had a chance to meet several of you on the lake and have always had great conversations. I am the one with the G3 Center Counsel.

With that being said, the spring and summer I dont have much trouble finding fish. Like anything, there are good days and bad. The issue I have is the Fall. I cant seem to find ANYTHING right now. I have been out 5 times with not even a bit....what am I doing wrong?

I have been fishing humps on the lake, using electronics to try and find them, using slabs, mice, etc.

Can anyone help me figure out the fall pattern please? I will drive the boat and pay for the gas if anyone would be kind enough to tag along and teach me what I am doing wrong.

Thanks

AggieRaf

Cant tag along with ya but a little advice, when you find some birds diving on a school of fish check yer electronics, see whats down there that the fish are relating to. Ive found many new places to fish that way, places I would have never found on a map.

Dave had a pretty good day out there this last weekend. Maybe he'll chime in?

Last couple of weeks have seen glass like conditions on the lake when I have gone. Tried fishing for whites in the afternoon with no success. Birds were diving on the fish but I couldn't get any bite going on artificials. Guys at the boat ramp have said they were getting some nice hybrids around dusk on the humps near Lake Park by the Dam. The Southwest Outdoors Report called Lewisville the "Hot Lake of the Week" I think they jinxed it. Barry said to try the area up around Sand Bass Cut where the poles stick out of the water. Good Luck.

Lewisville is very HOT! And Dave posted a report and pretty much gave you every indication on where to fish that lake for good sandbass action as well as a chance for hybrids. Guys I cannot express enough to you that you need to learn to trust your electronics. If you are questioning what your seeing drop a slab see if its sandbass if you dont have side imaging. The fish have been on the same pattern now for almost 3 weeks for me. Nothing has changed other then sometimes I have to look harder and more places then normal but when I do find them I dont have to leave.
