I use to fish mainly the west arm of the lake, I stopped fishing for a while and a buddy of mine took over all of my spots. Now there his spots. LOL So I started fishing the east side of the lake about five years ago and found some good spots. For the last two months I have not been able to find the 2 pounders which I need to find for tournament fishing and I have tried North, South, East and West. I never really fished summer months during the daytime I always fished at night and my ability to catch fish in the daytime reflects that. Lately I SUCK!!!! My new tournament partner has lost all faith in my ability to find fish in the summer. There are fish anywhere you go on that lake right now it seems, the problem is finding the good unders.
BTW I saw a one acre size school of sandbass Friday evening that stayed up for a good 20 minutes. They had a heck of a spawn as they were all about 5 to 6 inches long.

You wouldn't think those sand bass pose any type of threat to the bass fishing in the future would you?
Do bass eat baby sand bass?

I was up North on the East arm near 515 east bridge. The big bass are probably enjoying the them while they are eating size. Once they grow up its going to suck.

KevinT, Your right his new parnter is struggling right now also. We decided to name your friend over there Mr. Wilson from Dennis the Menace. We were in that area this weekend and he sat on his back porch with binoculars and watch us till we left that area. Quite tearin peoples dock's up man. I'm afraid he's gonna start shootin next. Maybe you could fine tune my graph again and I could start catching fish.

I did hear you had it humming along nicely now though.
