I fished with Stephen Fatherree a couple of years of go. I had never seen Fork. Had a great time and caught some nice bass. Learned a lot in one day about the lake and some different techniques on how to fish Fork.

S. Fatherree. Ive never fished with him (because Im an idiot and for some reason I think I can find them myself when I make it to Fork) but definately will book with him next time. Ive never heard a single bad thing from anyone, anywhere that speaks of him. Check out his website www.mylakeforkguide.com -awesome dude, awesome patriot, and awesome time. He guarantees it too. Stephen you rock!
-plus look how often hes on here giving out free help- he wants you to catch fish

Lot's of really good guides on Fork. I had recent trips (June) with Rick Collis, Tom Redington, and James Caldemeyer. All three put us on good fish and I will defintiely hire them again! Never fished with Wright or Fatherree, but have heard really good things about them. Old timers that always seem to deliver are Brian Duplechain, John Tanner, and Rick Loomis.

Jason Hoffman is great and he's hilarious. he's great for anybody but if you got an inexoerienced guy he'll have a great time on Jasons boat.

Agreed. Jason is a great guide for anglers of all skill levels. Tom Redington is excellent also.

I have fished with Tom Redington quite a bit but never as an actual guide trip. No matter though I can promise you I have come away each time with knowledge that helped me later on down the road on more than a few lakes. He is a great teacher and this time of year is a master with the flutter spoon. I also cannot count the times Lance Vick and James Caldemeyer have shown me a new bait gave me some basic info or took the time to show me a techniqye technique while at Mosiers or LFM that was worth its weight in gold. I have never fished with either but I know it would be well worth it to do so. I am out there quite a bit and I see the same guides booked all the time and there is a lot to be said for that. Guys like Tanner and Carter along with Hoffman seem to stay booked up. I just have knowledge on them as they go out of LFM which is where I launch most of the time.
As was said there are a ton of good guides out there and if I was spending the cash I'd want a good teacher and someone with a sense of humor.
