PETA showed up at the tarpon rodeo on Grand Isle, LA years ago to stage a protest. One of my fine coonass bretherend did a drive by and smacked one of them in the head with a king mackerel. Of course I'm not suggesting y'all do anything like that because we don't want to injure a bass but it sure was funny.

Heavy Sack was right. There were several bass having trouble Monday night. Add that do a delayed mortality then I could see 10-15. I'm sure the crazy lady probobly exadurated a little. This is not Mike's fault though, its just do to his lack of help at weigh in. The water Monday night felt like sticking your hand into a hot tub taking the fish out of the live-well. Had to be between 85-88 degrees. Put 3,4,5 bass in a bag half full of water, and stand in line for 5-10 minutes sometimes longer, with the fish in those temps you are going to lose sum without a speedier process. Maybe at least one plastic holding tank could be filled with water just to give the fish a better chance, or more volunteers could come forward, and we wouldn't have to worry with dummies like this talking bad about tournament fishing.

I don't expect y'all that are in the points hunt to change what y'all are doing , but for me I am not and I am willing to do what I can to get people out to support Mike and CABA and I strongly encourage those of you that can do the same to please do!

This is just not an issue of CABA or LRH , it's an issue of our God given right to pursue happiness and I work my butt off and pay taxes and I'll be damned if some wacko is going to define how I get to enjoy my free time.

With CABA being a Christian based organization it's also about one of the fundamentals I live my life by, My LORD and SAVIOR!!!

someone needs to re-post the post from Jeff Gilbert on fish care and make sure everyone does all they can on their boats to absolutely minimize any loss which will fuel their flames....frozen water bottles, hydrogen peroxide, live well additives, etc...in fact it might not be bad for the TD to give out the same handouts Jeff gave all of us for the Squaw Creek Invitational a few weeks back. If the media shows does show and the TD and anglers can produce a document like that it makes all of us look even better by showing the thought that goes into caring for the source of our passion...the fish themselves.

I've got a boat but I have nowhere to park it at work. I'm willing to fish this tournament with someone if the want a back seater. I have never fished Ray Hubbard but I WILL catch fish. I'll front the $50 cost for fishing. These people are out of their minds.

I need to get one of those shirts to were with my get-up! I think if I just stand in the crowd of PEDA people, while they are on TV, and look like Forest Gump. If I say nothing at ALL, am I breaking the law?

I think it would be a great idea to some how get a BASS representative to show up and let PETA know how anglers help out the fishing habitat. I've tried to get someone on the phone from BASS with no luck. If any of you have a BASS contact or know a PRO that has these sorts of contacts please have them get in touch with Mike at CABA. This also goes for the Toyota Share lunker program as well!

No need to get excercised,man. That's the worst thing you can do. Just say yes,sir,yes,ma'am,have an orderly tournament and LEAVE immediately. You can't talk or reason with these people. Big mistake if you try.
