Silca is another option I have heard of for wet phones.
You know the packet that reads do not eat inside of beef jerky packages.

I see alot of "May will work" and some "Don't even think about it". The "Rice or don't turn it on for a month", should work. But the "Freeze it or Alchol" Don't even think it. Pure Alochol (EVERCLEAR is OK) is fine, but the rubbing alchol has glycern in it that will not dry out.

By allmeans take the battery out instanly!!!!!!. See if the white dot is showing under battery. If the dot is still RED you are ok. Next...use the hair dryer (don't cook it) a couple of times on all sides... don't heat the display screen.

Mine wwent through the washer yesterday!! No hope at all for it!! New phone, ready or not! I figured out it was in there during the rinse cycle, It did look cleaner!!
